Web 2.0 currently receives tremendous attention from companies and consumers. New Web applications that do not incorporate Web 2.0 features are hard to sell in today's marketplace. Since companies in the enterprise space increasingly try to shift their traditional desktop applications to the Web, knowledge of Web 2.0 and its technologies is key to success.
